I skipped the Labs map but performance is bad in that map as well. I highly doubt it will improve on release with nvidia drivers as well. You need a RTX 4090 (second fastest GPU) to run the game at native 1080p 120 FPS.

GAUNTLET vs. FLAIL vs. DREADMACE (damage test) Tatsuo Matsumoto 2025-06-05 | I think all melee damage is same regardless of enemy type. Gauntlet and mace being single target while flail is horde clear to gain armor. As difficulty increases flail becomes less useful because the armor you gain is not worth the lack of damage. Flail takes about 9-10 strikes to deal same damage as gauntlet 3 strikes and mace 1 strike. Test was done on nightmare with 1000% dmg to demons to see the healthbar easily.
