This song was originally going to be Downtown Dreamscape Act 1, so this could be considered the demo to what would become that rendition. However, I decided to keep it, remaster it, and use it as the boss theme due to its intensity and feel - To me, it felt more like a boss theme than a stage theme. This is also the third time I've made this song, and I originally did it when i was trying out different DAWs - the first iteration was on Logic, the second on Mixcraft, and this one you're listening to now, was done on REAPER, which is now my current Primary DAW.Anyway, enjoy this amalgamation of soundwaves!-Kyle

Atlantic Antics (Boss) - Charles Ritz Segatenderations Team 2014-08-19 | This piece actually has quite the history to it, being made as a really brief concept of how I would do a Sonic Rush song back in November of 2013. Hating the original concept for a variety of reasons, I held it back and didn't give it any thought.But, when going through my project folders, and organizing things, I decided to make a revamped version, turning into the Atlantic Antics Boss soon enough, thanks to the suggestion of $adiq, who really gave me the will to give this song another go, and I'm very satisfied with how it came out. With that said, I hope you enjoy.
Neon Highway (Act 2) - Charles Ritz Segatenderations Team 2014-08-19 | I kinda had Sonic Colors on the mind when I made this, with its different act variations, especially with Aquarium Park. This song came about in a trade between Nic and I; he'd remix Serene Sound for Concept Adventure, if I remixed one of his songs. I chose Neon Highway to do, and I had a blast remixing this song. Since this level still comes early in Concept Adventure, I wanted this to convey that Sonic is not exactly totally forlorn. I wanted it to be happier than the Act 1 version was, because even though it was in Ab Major, it still gave off a slightly darker and more digital feel. I tried to vary it a bit, and I'd like to say I did a good job.This also has the shortest worktime of any of my songs: 4 hours and 24 minutes. Enjoy!

The setting for this is meant to be a city with more of a mystical element to it, also set at twilight. Atlantic Antics (Act 1) - Charles Ritz Segatenderations Team 2014-07-16 | On Sunday, September 29, 2013, the New York City High School Fair took place. Being a young student trying to get into a public high school, I went to Brooklyn Tech that day to check out all the schools I wanted to get into. Right after that happened, before I went home, I decided to take a little detour. There was a street fair that day running down Atlantic Avenue, and I decided to walk around, and try out some of that classic street fair cuisine. This festival is known as the Atlantic Antic, and it is what inspired this level's name.I thought that it'd be really cool to have Sonic travel through an underwater street fair, and for this first act, I tried to capture the pure joy coming from this festival. I still remember that day vividly, and seeing all of the people just having a great time really warms your heart. And seeing as (if I recall correctly,) this was my first song in a major key, I wanted it to especially emulate that feeling. This song was in my backlog for over four months, but when I finally got around to getting to work on it, I'm very proud of how it came out.-Charles

Until this point, our bosses really just consisted of iconic final bosses, with iconic themes, so I looked around for something more obscure that I could do.Enter the boss theme from Sonic Rush Adventure, a nice rockin' tune from a slightly lesser known game. I also had a sample known as "339_COOK," taken from Skip to My Loops; this is the original sample used in this song, so I figured I'd try my hand at it.I added certain elements to flesh out the song a bit more, and mix it up a bit, and I'd like to say I did an alright job of this. So I decided to make a remix... August of last year.The person I wanted to do the vocals for didn't stay in touch for the longest time. And because of it, it took longer than expected to get made. But I was inexperienced back then, and I have more knowledge of making music than I ever did. Which is why I'm not entirely annoyed. Pamela Calvo (The person who covered the song for me and did a FANTASTIC job) is a very busy woman, and I understand her reasoning for taking longer than expected. But it's finally done. And... well, everyone else seems to like it.I don't consider myself a musical genius or even all that great of a composer/remixer. But I really do appreciate the support a lot of people give me with this. There are people out there (though however very few) who really appreciate my work. I always act like a bigshot because, well, it's part of my personality. But I am honestly very humble- especially when it comes to things I make.
