from 0 to 300 in less than 4 hours

Requirements:
1. Club with steal.
For example "Club 2" can be acquired in Soho Gun Store starting from Day 2.
2. Particular "first encounter" in Central Park. (read later)

To keep it uncleared take alternate route to advance in story line.

Preferred:
1. Do it on Day 4 or later because Wayne can't make the weapon earlier anyway.
2. Best to have at least 20 empty slots in invertory.
On level 18 you'll have 23 total invertory slots, 20 of them can be used to store Junk.

First Encounter:
Most of encounter spots in the game have 100% encounter rate for the first time it occurs.
After all enemies are defeated the "first encounter" is cleared.
So to keep it uncleared: never kill the apeman, just rob the birds then escape and so on.

One run from Wayne to Central Park to get 20 pieces of Junk and back to Wayne will take 15 minutes on average, so it will take 15 runs to accumulate 300 pieces of Junk.
15 runs by 15 minutes will sum up to 225 minutes therefore it should take less than 4 hours.

Do not stock medicine, because you won't need it. Just fill all empty slots with junk and run back to Wayne.
Sometimes you can steal Offence+ from apeman, but the rate is so small that it doen't worth to waste time on it.
Escape unnecessary fights they will just slow you down, remember that you've came for junk not for Cure-P.

The best weapon from Wayne is P90.
I prefer to collect junk right from the start of Day 4.
With P90 you won't need to leveling up on purpose. Just customize it properly throughout the game and it will be like a breeze to the very end!
