Filmed on location in the Newcastle area where possible, plus other locations in the UK and at the Copperhouse Films studio in Norfolk. Filming and editing took place in fits and starts over a stupidly long period, with the first scenes being filmed on location in County Durham in June 2013. The final scenes, editing and rendering were finally completed in 2022! In most cases the puppeteering and voices were performed 'live', and green-screen filming was kept to a minimum.

The BAZ L Cyclecar Part 4 - More Improvements CopperhouseFilms 2021-02-24 | This film shows another step forward in the development of the Baz.L Cyclecar, constructed by Barry Lain. The road-test section has been speeded up, as there is already plenty of footage showing Baz.L doing circuits of the airfield! The film describes then goes on to illustrate the further improvements that followed the test. This time, the drive-train has been re-aligned and further improved, most of the dashboard instruments have been connected up and a limited-slip differential rear hub has been engineered to prevent the drive axle twisting during cornering.

On 14th July 2016 the class 68 short-set is made up of Anglia liveried coaches with flaking paint and seagull guano, hauled by 68023 and 68016, whilst the class 37 set has shiny DRS liveried coaches and is hauled by 37405 & 37422.

The out-of-focus filming was through the lens of my iPhone and the guitar sound was recorded on my laptop via a Focusrite Scarlett 2 usb interface and Cubase LE AI Elements 7. Pictures, sound and titles were brought together using Sony Vegas Movie Studio 11.0. I know, life is too short for all this crap. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy the film.

Atmospheric pressure then pushed the piston down, raising the pump rods via the overhead rocking beam.

The museum's oldest engine - the Boulton & Watt engine of 1820 is also shown in action, plus the small engines, which are being removed from their corner of the museum during 2013.
