Not my usual crosesover work, but this was a fun challenge! And a challenge IT WAS. Not only did I choose two fluffy characters to work with (yes, I'm a masking masochist, go ahead and kinkshame me) but they are both tall and therefore usually look downwards to whoever they're talking to, so I had to either choose shots where they DON'T look down or edit their eyes to change the direction - well, this was mostly an Angel Dust problem cause Stolas... doesn't have pupils, but still! xD

There are far more manips going on in this video than you might realize, so lemme just vindicate my sanity by humble-bragging and tell you each manip, m'kay?

「MD 2024」Round 2: Everyones a Suspect [Maua Kuchanua]

IT'S FINALLY DONE! It has multiple mistakes and stuff I'd usually spend time to fix, but I'm done with this video x'D It's my own fault, I took too long to actually start this so it became a source of stress for me and I spent weeks thinking there was no way I'd even finish all I had planned, but I AT LEAST did that! (Except that Maua was actually supposed to get ahold of her mom, but I'll just do that next round... xD)

00:36 The detectives are here
After discovering the body of Mr. White (Clayton), one of the staff members calls the detectives who show up immediately at the White manor. After Detective Miles (The Colonel) follows Sophia (Jane) to see the body, Detective Mason (Kent) takes the guests to a lounge for them to wait while each of them are questioned.
01:19 Venting with Snow
While waiting, Maua (Jasmine) gets to chat with multiple guests, firstly Snow (Ariel) whom she confesses to that the reason why she even showed up at the party was to learn more about her mother and where Maua came from. Little does Snow know that this is just the tip of the iceberg.
02:36 Flirting advice from Nico
When it's Snow's turn to be questioned, Maua glances towards Henry (Korso) whom she met during the blackout, lamenting the fact that he might be the only good thing about this party. Nico (Tulio) approaches her and teases her about her newly developed crush, referring to Henry as a DILF - a term Maua is unfamiliar with.
03:36 Cringe
Nico offers a suggestion on how Maua might get closer to Henry, but the advice backfires as Henry takes what she says a bit too literal.
04:15 Meow
On her way to her interrogation, she meets Henry again who finally takes the chance to ask her what her name is. Despite some stuttering, and an unfortunate mispronunciation of her name, the two finally introduce themselves to each other.
04:35 Interrogation
During the interrogation, Maua recognizes one of the detectives despite not having seen him for the past 15 years. He remains professional, but Maua catches a quick glimpse of recognition from him, confirming he does recognize her at least by her unique name. During the interrogation, Maua doesn't quite reveal the full story of why she showed up to the party, but she reveals just enough to possibly accidentally giving the detectives a motive for why she might not have been fond of Mr. White.
05:46 Trying to sleep
Elizabeth (Cinderella), one of the manor's staff members, comes to guide her to her room for the night. Maua takes the chance to ask her about Mr. White, but Elizabeth's answer leaves Maua more confused than before.
Not long after entering her room, the detectives knock on the door to tell her that she, along with most of the guests, must stay for the night and perhaps longer yet.
06:29 Cleaning with Clara
Maua tries to sleep, but is haunted by a core memory from her childhood from when she last saw a younger Detective Miles, warning her against the path she was walking down as a child. A loud crack of thunder wakes her up and she decides she just can't sleep anymore. Maua wanders until she hears the sound of running water from the kitchen and walks inside to meet Clara (Nanny) who has loads of work to do. Being a hard worker, working multiple waitress jobs and a regular volunteer at the soup kitchen, Maua offers her help, whistling a happy little working song.

Well, the haters can no longer say I always edit with the same goddamn characters! xD

There isn't some complicated story going on here: just a maid madly in love with her abusive towards other staff/step daughters mistress who saved her from the streets. It's inspired by one of my favorite RPG maker games of all times "Mad father", where the mad father in question saves a homeless woman, makes her his assistant and then has an affair with her. In that though, depending on your actions as the protagonist and daughter of the mad father, the assistant leaves his shitty mad butt behind and Nanny... will not. Ever. She's fiercely loyal.
There's a LOT of things up to interpretation here though: Does Eleanor feel the same way? Or is she taking advantage of Nanny's feelings for her? Is this taking place in the Cinderella universe where Nanny just happens to ALSO be a maid in the house since before Cinderella joined the picture? Is Cinderella still Eleanor's step daughter or is she hired help like Nanny, but who is mistreated - unlike Nanny? Is Nanny unaware of Eleanor's abusive, wicked ways or does she not care?
Let me know how you interpreted this video. I deliberately left a lot up to the imagination! Honestly, if Nanny had more footage, I could see myself make an entire crossover just with this set-up, but as it is... I might just do other MEP parts, maybe x'D

Yes, I've named Lady Tremaine Eleanor which is based off her voice actress in the first movie Eleanor Audley. Eleanor feels like a perfect name for her so I couldn't not choose that to be my personal fan name for her.

「MD 2024」Round 1: Lights Out! [Maua Kuchanua]

It's finally here! I've been working on this almost every single day since we entered the new year and I'm so happy with the result!

I also want to thank @flameliberator1835 for wanting to plot with me with their character Henry Blackwood aka the guy Maua still doesn't know the name of... but he's there and I promise she'll ask him next round if I don't get eliminated before then lolol 😂

PLOT

00:51 Gathering courage
Maua is standing in corner by herself at the White Party, contemplating how to approach Mr. White. She's dreamed of meeting him for her whole life, but now that she has the chance to talk to him, she's so nervous her hands are shaking. When she finally gathers enough courage to approach him, Mr. White announces he'll be right back with more win and leaves the room. Despite this being the perfect opportunity to talk to him alone, Maua loses her nerve and walks in the opposite direction.
01:28 Blackout
The storm outside is tired of the party and with another lightning striking near the White mansion, the power goes out and the guests are left in complete darkness. Maua, not being a fan of the dark, starts fumbling around and collides into a man's arms who catches her before she falls. They share some banter before agreeing to try and find candles to try and shed some light on the situation, but before they can do that the power returns.
02:49 The handsome stranger
Maua sees the man properly for the first time and feels her cheeks get flushed. When he playfully asks her if her mother knows she's out, she struggles with forming a proper sentence until a couple of screams demand attention.
03:12 Poor timing
Maua and the handsome man run towards the screams and find Mrs. White bend over her deceased husband's body. Out of pure shock, Maua starts crying and doesn't hear what's being said around her until the man from earlier puts a hand on her shoulder and asks her if she's alright. One of the other party guests decides it's time to leave the crime scene, but on his way out, two detectives have already showed up.

LOSER, BABY | Holli & Lina [concept video]

Just as a friendly reminder: A concept video is that this video, in comparison to my usual WIPs and previews, is not a work in progress or a future video - it's simply me experimenting with these two characters and doing very bare bones editing. Literally just an experiment.
I needed a break from editing my first round for @MxDisney and I just saw that annapantsu and chloebreez uploaded a cover of "Loser, baby" from Hazbin Hotel and I just HAD to do it with Hollina.
Now, some of you may be thinking... why the Hell is Holli not the one acting as Angel Dust? I have a few reasons for that... first of all, Thumbelina canonically is naive and gullible. She gets taken advantage of multiple times in her movie by multiple people as well. She's also easily affected by other people and how they perceive her, whereas Holli does whatever pleases her. I can much easier imagine Lina getting tricked by a person like Valentino and end up in the same situation as Angel Dust.
Also, as much as I don't Lina is a perfect fit for Angel Dust, casting her as Husk is far more unhinged in my opinion, so that's also why xD

「MD 2024」Audition | Maua Kuchanua

AiraSora 2023-11-20 | Hey dudes, dudettes and dudles!
PLOT
00:00 Night shift
Picture it; New York City, 1985. Maua Kuchanua is a 24-year old African-American woman who has just finished her night shift and is getting ready to go home to the house she and her mother has lived in her whole life. On her way, she sees Fagin, a homeless man she often speaks with and helps whenever she can even though she has very little to give herself.
00:34 The loan shark
A man Maua knows drives up to her and reminds her that she still owes him 5k and it's time to pay up. Maua does her best to try and deescalate the situation, while also rejecting the man's carnal suggestions, when Fagin decides to distract the man long enough for Maua to slip away and get home safely.
01:10 Mystery letter
At home, Maua reads a letter adressed to her mother, inviting her to a party in the uptown part of New York at the White mansion. Maua questions how her mother would even know the Whites, but her mother dismisses her as she usually does when Maua asks about her mother's past. Frustrated by her mother's constant secrets, also regarding her father, Maua decides this is her chance to find some answers, puts on her most fancy outside and leaves to go to the party.
02:04 Fish out of water
At the White mansion, Maua is immediately overwhelmed by all the riches and doesn't know what to even do at a party like this, when a stranger approaches her. Maua admits to being overwhelmed and unfamiliar while the girl has clearly been to parties like this before, but seemingly not out of her own free will. The girl tells her that the Whites are horrible people, but before she can give specifics, Mr. White grabs the attention of everyone to give a speech. As he talks, Maua finally gets a look at him and realizes he looks eerily familiar...

Story
Christopher decides tonight is the night he'll propose to his long-time girlfriend Jasmine who happily accepts. Unbeknownst to him though, a blood moon is taking place tonight and it's far more literal than he had expected because it turns his girlfriend into a blood-thirsty vampire! Before he can outrun her, she has already approached him and sinks her fangs into his neck, his blood dripping onto the picture frame that fell on the floor during his failed escape.
Some time later, Jasmine wakes up none the wiser of what has happened and sees her dead fiance lie in a pool of his own blood. With the taste of iron on her teeth, she cries over his body, wondering what happened after she accepted his ring.

I've been questioning pretty much everything you see here and I originally finished this on my birthday at the 18th of October, but kept it hidden for a couple of days before posting it, just in case I found something MORE I wanted to change cause I kept changing things for a couple of hours after I originally thought of it as finished. But I guess it's healthy to remember this feeling of insecurity sometimes so you don't become too cocky lol.

WITCH TRIALS by Delilah Bon | (non)Disney MEP sign-up [9/10]

Theme: The infamous witch trials killed more than 50,000 innocent women accused of witchcraft - it's time to show some female rage. You can interpret this theme in many different ways! I've written down some examples here and if you want, you can also read about the Salem Witch Trials here:

These scenarios are just ideas for people who want to participate, but can't think of anything more specific. You can come up with your own scenario as well, these are just ideas!

Remember: Your witch HAS to be a victim! The more than 50,000 women who were accused of witchcraft were victims, let’s make that clear in the MEP as well.

Scenario A: Healer woman is accused of evil witchcraft despite her only ever having used her knowledge for good.
Scenario B: A woman learns that one of her ancestors were unfairly accused of witchcraft and decides to take revenge on the offspring of the people who were responsible.
Scenario C: Witch’s family member is murdered, and she decides to use her abilities to take revenge.
Scenario D: Husband wants to get rid of his wife to be with his mistress and accuses his wife of witchcraft to get rid of her.
Scenario E: Friends and family of the witch hanged/burnt at the stake take revenge.
Scenario F: You can take inspiration from any of the actual victims of the witch trials. There are loads of stories and you’re welcome to try and replicate one.

Rules
- Both CGI and traditional (non)Disney animation are allowed, but not mixed

- Your main character has to be female and you can have multiple MCs

- HD footage (that means it's not enough to just render your part in HD, if the original movie looks like crap your part is not considered HD) and full-screen please (that means 16:9)

- You can show magical of typical witch-like abilities if you want, but it's not obligatory

- All ages are allowed - due to even children being accused of witchcraft

- Do not repeat main witches

- The first and last 15 frames of your part will be used for the transition effect called Turbulent Noise. Your audio download will already include those first and last 15 frames so you don't need to edit beyond the audio

- Please give me your tumblr, discord, skype, Instagram or anywhere I can PM (not Facebook though) you since YouTube’s notification system is broken

Story:
This video takes place in an already existing Thraxette AU of mine named "The Devil's Bride" (formerly known as "My Demon Soulmate") where Odette is born purely to be a religious sacrifice to the devil aka Thrax. But joke's on them cause Thrax offers Odette to take revenge which she gladly agrees to! And yes, king William is still Odette's father in this story. He straight up had a child just to give her away to his own benefit. Hey, just like in the actual movie - what a twist xD

THROUGH ALL THE SORROW | Quasimodo & Belle [MEP part]

So I've had an absolutely terrible week. It's peak at my job right now, which means we're getting A LOT of customers and it's call after call after call with practically no break in-between. Friday morning, I finally cracked. Got to work, had my first call - was a really easy one, only took 2 minutes - and I started sobbing my eyes out right after. Thankfully my manager is an absolute peach, spent 30 minutes talking to me and calming me down before insisting I start my weekend early. She also made sure to show me my KPIs, which are basically statistics measuring my work in different ways and she told me, despite my current complete meltdown, that I had been doing extremely well this week. She just wanted to make sure that I didn't, on top of the stress, think I was doing a bad job, which I'm thankful for.

So, what to do when you had an emotional breakdown at work? You edit with your newest ship! Which in my case is Belle and Quasimodo aka Quaselle. I decided to drop a manip I had planned where I would have to "switch" which one of Quasimodo's eyes is the one with the lump due to perspective, but I decided to drop it cause my brain just wasn't having it right now after this week. I've saved my process so I can continue it some other time, but I decided to skip it and do something else for this video xD

So story time! Belle is marrying Gaston because she makes bad choices - we all do, Belle, it's ok - but during the ceremony, Belle notices Quasimodo watching them and remembers she has a major crush on him because he likes birds and she likes birds, we all know this. Some of the church goers decide to go BEGONE SATAN to Quasimodo because he's considered an abomination (you can thank Frollo for that one) and he runs off, but Belle pulls a runaway bride and follows him up the stairs - don't ask me how she caught up with him so fast wearing those heels. They smile at each other, understanding how the other feels without even having to say the words and they brace themselves for the inevitable clusterfuck the church is going to pull on them.

Hybrid masking tutorial | ADOBE AFTER EFFECTS

Here's a little tutorial about hybrid masking aka using more than one method to create a mask. Here is the transcript for what I'm saying in the video in case the captions are gonna fail me:

You might be wondering what even IS a hybrid mask? Let’s get the basics down first: a mask is when you cut a character out of their original background in order to put them in a different environment or put them next to another character. You do this by masking and there’s a few different masking methods. The most common ones are chroma key, manual pen tool and rotobrushing. Today, we’re focusing on chroma keying and rotobrushing in the Adobe After Effects program.

We’ll start off by chroma keying away the red color surrounding Belle. Now, the effect here is called obsolete – keying, but it works the exact same way as chroma keying does by choosing a color you want to remove and then adjusting some settings until you’re happy with the result. I’m choosing two shades of red to remove to get as much away as possible.

Now that that’s done and only Belle’s dress is left visible, I go and rotobrush the dress so everything else is gone too. If I went straight to rotobrushing instead of chroma keying first, I would have to rotobrush the whole thing myself, for example those tiny dainty fingers she has and while the rotobrush tool has pretty decent AI, it would need my help to rotobrush this, so chroma keying it from the beginning makes this process much easier.

Now, as you can see, since Belle has some red in her skin and hair that is now completely gone from the scene, so we’ll add the shot of Belle again. This time though, we’re going to use rotobrush to add what is missing from the other shot – that being Belle’s hair and skin. So I’m asking the rotobrush tool to mask just her upper body since I’ve already masked the rest of her.
As you can see, the rotobrush’s AI is doing a lot of the work for me, but it does need some tweaking here and there to make it just right. But rotobrushing just this small part of Belle instead of everything of her has made the process way faster. So instead of spending maybe 15+ minutes doing this, I’ve spent less than 5 minutes instead.

MY SKIN | Thrax & Odette [concept video]

Yet another concept video of mine though this one is very different from the one with Quasimodo and Belle. In the Quaselle video, I wanted to put two different scenes together to see how they would potentially look together before MAYBE committing to editing it properly.
This Thraxette video however is more a reflection of a story for them that I had a slight idea for months ago, but suddenly came crashing at me this past week, while I also stumbled across some of my own old videos where I used this song.
You can't see any of that Thraxette story here in this video, BUT just to give an idea what it's about: Thrax's alien species is known for plundering whichever planet they set their eyes on and will take whatever they want or believe they need. During their attack on Earth, Thrax meets Odette and decides she's his loot this time and brings her onboard the space ship. This is, however, NOT a normal thing they do and his fellow travelers are shocked when they eventually find Odette, whom Thrax has hidden in his quarters on the ship. Thinking fast, Thrax says he intends to bring her to their leader due to her being a princess - reality is he just took her the same way he has stolen so many things before without a care in the world.
This scene here I imagine is at a type of celebration where Odette is sort of bullied into singing for them all, basically she's just there to entertain them and they all assume they won't like her singing cause she's a human and what's good singing for them is probably not the same for Thrax's species. Basically she's just thrown on the stage to mock her, but when she starts singing, people quiet down - including Thrax and he realizes to his horror that he is starting to care for the Earthling princess.

QUASIMODO & BELLE FIGHTING [concept video]

Here's a different type of video: A concept video! What I meany that is that this video, in comparison to my usual WIPs and previews, is not a work in progress or a future video - it's simply me experimenting with these two scenes and doing very bare bones editing to see if the scenes would work together or not. Literally just an experiment.
When I posted my Quasimodo color palette experiment, I mentioned I badly wanted to find someone to ship Quasimodo with. Someone reminded me of my OLD Quasimodo and Belle video which also had Esmeralda and Beast in it. It was an old video where I was planning to simply switch the couples around while sticking mostly to the BATB plot. It sparked some creativity in my brain and I might be leaning towards shipping Quasimodo with Belle. It almost feels like self-insert and... it's healing my childhood heart a bit x'D

GO BACK IN TIME | Christopher & Jasmine [preview]

I've had this idea stuck in my head for literal months and yesterday I caved in and started this project. It was this particular scene that first entered my mind and is what I always imagine when listening to this song. Well, mostly.

For the sake of this working as a tiny stand alone video (just a preview/teaser *cough*) I didn't clarify EXACTLY why a not-quite-there Jasmine is encouraging Christopher to jump out the goddamn window, but if you know the song, you may be able to figure out what's actually happening... sort of.

The song is about a guy regretting letting go of the love of his life and reminisches about their time together and that he can't really let her go, so... he doesn't. Or at least that's the idea for the full video (well, just one minute of the song at least lolol)

So if/when I do more of this song, this scene is gonna change quite a bit. But for the sake of just these 9 seconds making sense on their own, it's just Jasmine encouraging Christopher to jump out the window xD

MARY ON A CROSS | (non)Disney MEP sign-up [DEADLINE: 14th of August]

Let me quickly make this clear in case anyone is unsure: No, this is NOT a pride MEP, I just happen to be posting this sign-up in June x’D

Theme: Lovers fight against religious extremists trying to keep them apart.

This is in no way shape or form supposed to be anti-religion. The song is blasphemous, and religion is a theme in this MEP. However, religion does not have to be shown in a negative light. If any participants do wish to go all out with an anti-religious message, however, this is allowed. A warning will be placed at the beginning of the final project so as not to trigger any religious trauma and so forth, just in case.

Here are a few ideas for anyone who wants to participate, but is unsure what to do:

Scenario A: Character A is a religious figure (priest, nun, etc.) and despite being sworn to celibacy and a life of solitude, falls in love with character B
Scenario B: Character A falls in love with a demon/unholy creature of some sort
Scenario C: Character A and B are gay (unfortunately a very realistic scenario in terms of religion)
Scenario D: Character A and B belong in different religions
Scenario E: Character A and B have families and are in the same religious community, but have an affair
Scenario F: Human sacrifice by religious cult

Keep in mind these are merely suggestions for those who need it. You are more than welcome to think of something of your own 🥰

Also, despite the singer being male, all female characters are allowed as well. I see the singer as more of a narrator :D

My very first Hellaverse video! More specifically Helluva Boss! Even more specifically Stolitz... y'all better believe this episode had me on the edge of my seat. I was very miffed when I realized Blitzø wasn't going to save Stolas, BUT that final scene made it worth it... his face when it dawns on him that Stolas can actually get hurt had me in STITCHES.
Anyway, this song is a recent obsession of mine (thank TikTok for that one) and while others have probably already used this song with Stolitz, I had to take a crack at it. 「MD 2023」Round 2 - Money Money Money [Sophia Gallagher]

Sophia Gallagher is a beautiful, kind girl whose only apparent flaw is bringing her brother to school when their mother is too sick to care for him. That's all anybody knows about Sophia Gallagher. And she intends to keep it that way.

Sophia wakes up during any normal morning and decides to make pancakes as a treat for her little brother Brennan, who jumps out of the bed in excitement. Suddenly, Sophia hears a door slamming, turns around and sees her mother barging in. Molly is muttering some profanities and doesn't take kindly to her daughter asking her if she just came home.
While Molly is getting changed, Sophia takes the chance to ask if she brought any money home. She did and she put them at their usual place; the panties she wore during the night. After Sophia begrudgingly takes the money, Molly tells her to leave Brennan with her today as she is done for the night. A sarcastic comment from Sophia earns her the usual back-handed nickname from her mother, and Sophia leaves for school.
Principal Amzy informs the ten remaining seniors that they have all passed round 1 and must spend February month fundraising for a cause of their own choice. Sophia, who usually keeps to herself, decides she has to congratulate her fellow music lover, Lianna, for passing to the next round.
And she's sure that the teddy she has asked Lianna to make for Brennan will not only bring him joy, but that the money going to a cause will be well-spent. She can't wait to give it to Brennan next time she brings him to school with her.
Sophia may not be fond of her mother, but Molly didn't raise a fool; her mother has proven to her that sex sells and Sophia is aware she's an attractive girl. Despite her complete lack of experience, she decides to do whatever is necessary to keep her running for the scholarship, even if it means doing stuff she knows would, ironically, make her mother very proud of her. The money earned from doing car and bike washes would be far higher than anything else she could think of; and even without the scholarship, raising money for a good cause is more than enough motivation.
At the end of one of many lucrative days, on Valentine's day in fact, Sophia is counting the money earned and notices a pink rose in her jar... A voice speaks behind her causing her to turn and look at the strange boy who must have gifted her the rose... but who even is he?

I didn't get to do everything I wanted for this round and it's partially my fault and partially just life getting in the way, as it does xD I will be able to focus much more on round 2 so some of the flavor stuff that should have been in round 1 will be pushed to 2 so that video might turn out to be pretty long... prepare thyselves xD

Sophia Gallagher is a beautiful, kind girl whose only apparent flaw is bringing her brother to school when their mother is too sick to care for him. That's all anybody knows about Sophia Gallagher. And she intends to keep it that way.

Sophia is one of the students who have applied for the full scholarship Principal Amzy has promised one of her senior students. During Sophia's elective - music - she remembers the interview they are all expected to participate in. After Mr. Dearly allowing her to leave her brother in the class, she rushes and makes the interview just in time, but not without the principal remind her that her being late is a common occurrence.
During the interview, Sophia reveals she wants to pursue a career as a vocalist, which she's aware is a difficult career to get into, but swears upon her determination to be successful. Sophia also informs her teachers that she spends her free time working to support her ill mother. What this job is though, she doesn't reveal... but given she often has to bring her brother with her whenever her mother is too ill to take care of her, it does make you wonder what kind of job she could even have?
During a field trip, Sophia brings her brother with her who is so excited that he trips over his own two feet. For the school project, Sophia has brought her own camera with her, her most precious and expensive possession.
When Brennnan starts imaging the T Rex coming to life, Sophia plays along and pretends the T Rex is indeed alive. Brennan overshares to the dinosaur though, which one of Sophia's classmates, Pepper, overhears. Taking her eyes away from Brennan just a moment gives him just enough time to run up the dinosaur and scream for his sister to take a picture. Grabbing her camera, Sophia quickly snaps a few pictures that she decides to NOT turn in to her teachers because she'd really rather not have them tell her she can't bring her brother with her anymore. That would be a very big problem. So those pictures were made for personal use only and she snapped other pictures with her brother safely back in her arms.
During the museum, Sophia remembers the interview when Principal Amzy asked her if she had any questions for them... and she truly only had one; can you bring a child with you to college?

So... those of you who keep an eye on my community tab or tumblr will see that there's some manips I've shared this last week that didn't make it into the video. Well, the reason is that this story actually wound up being changed 3 times... due to time restrictions.
As usual, I always wish I had more seconds to work with to really tell the entire story and yes, I have actually written down the initial story I came up with for Christopher and Jasmine, so I'm hoping to make that into a full crossover someday.
So the story became condensed into this; Jasmine is celebrating her first Christmas with Christopher, getting to experience a bit of his culture and religion, when he drops on one knee and proposes to her. Her answer is obviously yes and being the impatient lovebirds that they are, the prepare the most lowkey wedding you possibly could in a week so they get married just before the New Year. Outside in the fucking snow cause, damn, when you're such a hot couple the cold REALLY never bothered you anyway.

Only flaw you can see is that her mother is apparently really sick and she sometimes has to bring her baby brother with her to school. Yup, her mom is definitely just sick.
REALLY sick.
Sophia has perfected the art of pretending everything is ok and only lowers her charade for a few lucky individuals, one of them being Marnie who indulges Sophia's occasional need for anything to lower her stress. Cause, you know, it's hard being a senior with an ill mother and a 3-year-old little brother.

Story:
This video is of course a part of my Thraxette Beauty and the Beast AU, which I've only shared a few details of so far, but this is a definite scene in that AU. Odette has discovered Thrax's bedroom, a completely destroyed room in comparison to all the other beautiful rooms in the castle where he resides. In that room, she finds him in a rare mood; somber. He's usually sarcastic, snarky or downright threatening, but she caught him off guard and he fails in hiding his emotions. Without fully piecing the puzzle together, she notices a torn up painting behind him of a man who looks vaguely familiar to her... almost as if she knew him in another life, or perhaps a different age? Not willing to let the opportunity pass her by, Odette reaches out her hand to touch Thrax's skin and he can't help but lean into the touch; the first touch he has felt for well over a decade.

CONTENT AWARE FILL | Adobe After Effects tutorial [Removing unwanted objects]

Creating backgrounds and empty backdrops is a big, tedious part of crossover work. You don't want a character to roam around in the background when the focus should be on the character you actually want in the shot. Thankfully, AAE has this amazing effect called "Content-Aware Fill" that does a lot of the work for you. With some teamwork, you can make those backdrops faster!
