Grand Archives TOP PLAYERS Analyze their BEST MATCH EVER Maindeck 2025-08-14 | The Grand Finals of Worlds 2025 took place on June 29, and the match was about as climactic, exciting, and skill-intense as it could get, with True Champion Terry taking on Maindeck Taylor in a match that went all the way to game 5! Both players had swapped decks for day 3 with incredible meta reads that took them easily through their semifinal matches, but when they finally met in finals, a rocky start for Taylor saw him trailing 0-2 in this best-of-5 showdown. While Taylor's deck, Wind Shadowstrike Tristan, should be heavily favored against Terry's left-field pick of Fire Aggro Zander, the wind was behind Terry's sails until game 3 began, and Taylor initiated a HISTORIC comeback reverse-sweep to ultimately secure the World Champion title!In this video, I had the absolute pleasure of getting to sit down with both Taylor and Terry to go over clips from several of their games in this nearly two hour match to get breakdowns of their thoughts, strategies, and reads on their opponent.
