I finally found Rainbow High Sparkle and Shine Whitney at an NYC Target!

After months of waiting, I finally found Rainbow High Sparkle and Shine Whitney. Come along with me, as I shop at one of the worlds worst Targets here in NYC. They doll section is comically small, but if you are looking, they do carry the whole NEW (to America) Rainbow High Sparkle and Shine line. Whitney is nostalgic, and modern. She's got a retro-futuristic vibe, and we'll do a detailed box opening and review! Let me know what you think of her and the other in the New Rainbow High Sparkle and Shine line!
