One of the excursions from Chattanooga to Crossville. The engine would be cut off at Rockwood and wait for the returning consist to pull back to Chattanooga. Our family stopped the chase at Spring City and headed back to Tennessee Valley Railroad to ride a couple trains that day, and then caught the 611 at Tenbridge as it arrived back in Chattanooga.
