**This is a consultation/conversation. The two participants are not in therapy together and there is no patient-doctor relationship.**
Psych interview / first meeting between Tessa (dx'd w/ NPD) and expert clinician Dr. Igor Weinberg. They explore Tessa's narcissism and why she is "still miserable" despite years of self-awareness. She describes the process of "becoming a new person," shaping herself after a celebrity. She wants to heal but fears no longer being "fascinating." Everything feels hollow & fragmented, and she struggles to be interested in anything. She is looking for a key to stop the cycle of chasing affirmation from outside and then still not feeling fulfilled.
