It's a first of its kind technology that adds a a titanium oxide coating and embedded surface pattern to a non-stick surface that is metal utensil-safe and can be heated to 1,000°F. But, there is no such thing as a magic material, and every choice comes with some sort of trade-off. In this video I want to show you exactly how well the pan functions and where a different pan (like teflon-coated nonstick or cast iron may work better) so that you can make an informed decision about what suits your needs best.
