No More Heroes 3 - Mr. Blackhole & Gold Joe are essentially the same boss as they would be on any other difficulty. The only real difference of note is the usual one-hit kill properties of Death Difficulty, but if you've got your inputs down you should be able to easily rush them down for a quick perfect run. That being said, the main challenge is possibly needing to farm them repeatedly as they drop the necessary Pink Rare materials for the Z-Chip which provides you with zero cooldowns for your Death Glove. But it's worth the effort, seeing as these two bosses make for some great beam katana fodder!
