Learning skills to ride offroad on an ADV adventure bike does not always need dirt. This is the first of a series of videos that give lessons and drills that can be done in the city or areas that do not have trail or off-pavement access to ride.

Besides reducing energy you will improve your balance, confidence, blending of controls, clutch, throttle and brake.
Practicing this until it is a habit to stop without your butt touching your seat will save you once you get off the pavement.
