Welcome to Bonita's Kitchen! Today we will be making a No Crust Apple Pie Dessert.
Apple season and apple desserts are the best!!! Only a few simple ingredient's to a delicious homemade apple pie!!!

Ingredients:
Recipe:
2 large eggs ¾ cup sugar, I’m using brown sugar
¾ All purpose flour 1½ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp sea salt ¼ Tsp nutmeg
3 Cups chopped apples ½ Tsp cinnamon
Method:
Peel and cut apples in wedges or cubes and add to a bowl, in another bowl add eggs and sugar of choice, then mix together.
Toss in apples and top with flour, baking powder, nutmeg and sea salt. Then toss together and add to a greased pie pan.
Then sprinkle cinnamon over top.
Preheat oven to 350ºf and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot with whipped cream or custard.
Bonita’s Tips:
Use sugar of choice.
This recipe was shared with us by my friend Trixie. She said she added vanilla in her pie for extra flavour. Recipe was from the Pools Cove Come Home Cookbook. Delicious!!
I added brown sugar and nutmeg to give it a caramel taste.
