This trophy is located in World 3 in the Frogs and Frights stage. It's a little confusing based on the trophy description since there is no Toady Troubles level. Basically, play until you get to a pit where you have to survive waves of little toadies popping out of chests. Instead of just surviving, kill them all to pop the trophy!

Timestamps:
0:30 - The first 3D hallway, if you go left where the blue crystals and the skull sign are before the barrel, there's a bonus stage hidden there.

3:31 - There''s some fireflies hovering just out of reach behind a wall. To get to them, ground pound near the wall, which will crumble some breakable stones allowing you through. There's a bonus stage hidden here.

5:08 - The pit in question with the trophy condition of kill all the toadies. If one gets away from you, just shoot at it and make sure all have been defeated, and the trophy is as good as popped!
