Messing around in the garage and in an attempt to feel comfortable playing guitar and singing I set the goal to record this song live and post it up tonight. Damn, I was so self conscious with the cameras on that I couldn't even remember the song and made dozens of mistakes. This take was the best one and still has some major issues like singing off key. I recorded this live with a 20 dollar mic plugged into my phone and the mic on the camera. I did not use the audio from the shitty looking camera shot perched on my lawn mower. I hope I can feel more comfortable and eventually be able to play in front of people again. My goal this year is to write some originals and possibly busk or do an open mic. Just for the challenge of it.
