Yes, NFS World has been revived and it's been the case for many years already.
First you need the Soapbox Race World Launcher : github.com/SoapboxRaceWorld/GameLauncher_NFSW/releases
Then once you got it, extract it somewhere and you can start the launcher to install the game and make an account on one of the various servers available.
Some settings to apply in game :
Set the game's resolution to the same as windows's to get borderless mode
Disable any kind of vsync otherwise the game will be limited to 50fps (but even with unlocked fps the frame pacing of this game is awful)
