1) Open the cheat table you downloaded. There's a few methods to do it:
1a) Double Click the cheat table.
1b) Click File 🔻 Load (Ctrl+O) and select the cheat table you downloaded.
1c) Click the 📂 folder icon at upper left portion of the window and select the cheat table you downloaded.

2) Now change the value. There are different methods again:
2a) Double click the listed value(s)* (from under the Value column) at the bottom part of the window.
2b) Right click the listed value(s)* and select Change Record ▶ Value.
Brotip: You can select multiple values and edit them at once.

3) Change the value as you want and click OK.
