A small change I did. Coins looked a bit different in the E3 2004 version of the game, so I've replicated that.

As for the ? boxes, I've combined the ? boxes from E3 2004, E3 2005 and an earlier build with green ? boxes (later than E3 2004, but before E3 2005, themushroomkingdom.net/images/ss/nsmb/ss_nsmb_pre07.jpg)
