Böhler K890 is a 3rd generation microclean material and is the toughest powder metallurgy grade that Böhler offers. This cold work tool steel is extremely high performing, with outstanding toughness, fatigue resistance, and compressive strength, making it a great option for a hard use knife of any size. The homogenous microstructure and fine carbide size of this high quality steel ensures good edge holding and stability under the most demanding circumstances.
