What's new in Phnom Penh? The Morodok Techo Flyover is open (but not 100% complete). I'll drive the roundabout in the sky for the first time.
I'll show you a new Khmer restaurant that does a modern take on traditional Cambodian food.
There's a new food truck that serves Cuban and Mexican food. We'll sit down roadside with a cold Cambodia beer and a couple of Cuban sandwiches.
Let's go 49 floors up the Shangri-La Hotel to the Mekong Lounge, where we'll have a some unique cocktails (coffee smoked negroni!?). The Shangri-La Hotel opened just 2 months ago. The luxury hotel chain has 91 locations across the world, but this Cambodia's first.
And finally, a while back I proposed that the city cover the open sewage canal that runs along street 410, and replace it with a much needed park. Well, they started digging up that street. There's all kinds of construction going on. I'll investigate that and find out if the Prime Minister was watching.
