New questions have been raised over issues surrounding the multi million pound art complex in Southampton, which was completed earlier this year.

From problems with overspending, questions of who owns the land and remarks from building users that they are not fit for purpose, Councillor Andrew Pope is demanding answers from the council about the issues surrounding the project.
