Regarding the driving instructor, before anyone shouts "bUt YoUr UnDeRtAkInG" you should take note of highway code 163 "if the queue on your right is moving slowly you may pass on the left". The instructor in this video slowed down and became part of a queue.
Do not contact the company! It's possible the driver apologised and I was just unable to see it thanks to the darkness.
