This could be promising news if proven to be effective, especially for men that hate needles and injections, or applying testosterone gels/creams every day.
Dosage is as simple as one capsule, twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening with food.
I look forward to seeing the progress and results and experiences of those men that try this new application of testosterone replacement therapy.

This guide includes a demonstration of a ventrogluteal injection for testosterone replacement therapy, but the information provided will also help you if you want to do a dorsogluteal injection or injection for any other type of medication. I use diagrams and colors on my own buttocks to help you identify the differences between the ventro and dorso gluteal injection sites, which are located on the gluteus medius and gluteus maximus glute muscles respectively.

Today I discuss how minor post injection pain is typically nothing to be concerned about, and is a normal experience for men on TRT. Sometimes you have a good injection, and sometimes you’ll get some post-injection-pain. This may occur due to a variety of different factors. Don’t be overly concerned about this as it usually goes away after a few days.
In essence, I appear to have given myself a mini liposuction.
I was doing a standard Quad injection with a 25G 1 inch needle. This needle length has never been an issue in the past, but today it seems like I inserted the needle into fat, not muscle. Naturally, I did not continue with the injection and kept the syringe aside for research purposes. I simply prepared another syringe and injected without issue into the other quad.
Perhaps I was slightly off the appropriate injection site this time, which is highly unusual. But there's always a first time for everything.
My guess is that I avoided a really painful lump and discomfort, which a lot of guys have reported experiencing during quad injections.
So I kept the evidence aside to share with you, just in case someone else out there encounters something similar in future.
Typically, it's not necessary to aspirate for most intra-muscular injections. I do, just in case. And this is why. Even though this has happened for the first time in over at least 1000 injections, I imagine I would have had some pain and discomfort even I continued with the injection, or did NOT aspirate.

What about once you have opened a vial or ampoule?
Guidelines for vials are to use within 28 days as a rule of thumb, unless the manufacturer has specified a longer/shorter date.
Ampoules, are single use vials, and should be discarded immediately after use, even if there is medication remaining.
Now, these are the guidelines by the manufacturers, and it’s usually advisable to stick to them. However, what you do with your medication and your body is ultimately up to you and your responsibility.

The three important factors to consider when choosing the correct needle size are:
1) Injection method (Intramuscular or Subcutaneous)
2) Injection site (Glute, Quad, Deltoid, Stomach)
3) Body Size (Skinny/Smaller, Average, Larger/Fatter)
You typically use shorter needles for Subcutaneous injections because they don't have to go in as deep. This is usually the 3/8 - 5/8 inch needles (about 0.5"), which is the 27-25G needle.
For intramuscular needles, you typically use a slightly longer needle because it has to get through the fat and into the muscle. Typically the 1 - 1.5 inch needle (23-25G) is used for glutes and quads, and 5/8 - 1 (25G) inch for the deltoid.
These needles are for the average person. Naturally, if you are more or less overweight, and have more or less fat than the average person, you may need to adjust your needle length accordingly based on the 3 factors discussed above. For example, if you're a larger person injecting into the glute, a 1.5 inch needle would be better than a 1 inch needle.
As a baseline, stick with what is normally used in most cases, then adjust if necessary.

1 INTRO
This deltoid is a common injection site used in the medical industry due to it being a safe area away from any major blood vessels. That being said, doctors still recommend the glute for TRT injections, so please check with your doctor before making any changes to your injection process. Let’s get right to it.
2 INJECTION SITE
Before we begin, let’s take a quick look at where we’ll be injecting. This comes directly from the medical literature and is practised by most doctors and nurses.
In the first graphic, you see the green zone on the shoulder, which represents the injection site, located between Point A: The Acromio-clavicular joint, and Point B: The Deltoid tuberosity.
Just to give you another view - here is a picture of a nurse’s dummy that has the deltoid injection site clearly demarcated.
3 PREPARE INJECTION
Next, let’s take a quick look at the equipment you’ll need. (go through quickly).
Prepare your injection as required and if you’re not sure how to do that, please check out my guide that clearly shows how to do this. I cover opening the ampoule or vial, drawing the medication out and removing bubbles from the syringe. Link to that video in the description below.
4 INJECTION PROCEDURE
1.Locate injection site as described earlier
2.Take an alcohol swab and wipe the injection site for a couple of seconds
3.Take the prepared injection and remove the safety cap, making sure not to touch the needle
4.Inject into the injection site. Before injecting, you can aspirate if you like or not. Aspiration is where you pull back on the plunger before injecting to check if you draw blood or not. See the description below for a video that explains aspirating, As we discussed earlier, this injection site is safe and devoid of any major blood vessels, and the medical community doesn't typically aspirate for this site anymore.
5.Push down on the plunger until all the medication is out
6.Remove the needle and replace the safety cap
7.Wipe the injection site with an alcohol pad. It may or may not bleed a little.
8.Finally, don’t forget to dispose of your sharp objects into a sharps bin or appropriate container.
5 CONCLUSION
That’s it. Congratulations! You’ve done your first deltoid self-injection. Please be safe and work with your doctor at all times. Let me know how your injections go in the comments section below and please click like if you found this helpful.
