He would have to walk 60 plus miles a day EVERY day for something like 50 days straight & in the end...for now...the Beast realized this task would take more training and preparation than he had expected. But ever since 2016 the Beast has had the Nike Run Club app which has been tracking his exercise miles (4,715) and fitness achievements (which include 2 Ultra Distance 32.1 mile Marathons & The NYC Half Marathon "13.1 miles" where he finished in 11,554th place out of 21,000 runners) and in August of 2022 the L.A. BEast pushed himself farther than he has in a while by walking 76 miles for the month. Riding high on the work he put in during August, LA. Beast sprinted out of the gates in September & walked 29 miles within a few days...landing him in 1st place (in miles) amongst his friends on the NRC app. As he posted this on social media....other people who also had the Nike Run Club app requested to add beast as a friend. Knowing that he had a solid 1st place lead, the Beast gladly accepted these new friend requests...but the only problem is that his 4 new friends the next day ran like 10 miles each to reclaim the 1st place spot. Pissed off, the L.A. Beast decided that the only thing that could be done, was to demonstrate through his actions (....and not words) why (for the month of September 2022...specifically on the Nike Run Club app... amongst his friends) he is THE BEST!!! BEast was still just getting started on youtube, he received a message from his concerned mother (after she watched an episode of Dr. Oz) warning him that b/c he does extreme eating, quite possibly....his stomach could explode if he drank too much carbonation really fast. Fast forward to 2022, during one of L.A. BEAST's live streams, it was suggested by fellow youtuber FamiliarSmell that the beast try and take on Matt Stonie's Pop Rocks Challenge. For those that don't know what pop rocks are, they are a small tiny candy that when consumed in mass quantities, "pop" & "crackle" in your mouth....similar to drinking a really fizzy soda only 19.7 times more FIZZY but after you eat them, you can still feel them reacting to your stomach acid as they "rumble" in your stomach. If you consume a major boatload of pop rocks like matt stonie did, then that rumbling feeling in your stomach will most likely only intensify and here today, in the name of human science, the L.A. BEAST is going to answer the question on whether or not eating too many pop rocks will cause your stomach to explode. Will The L.A. So in order to keep the inside of his House Insect free, The L.A. BEAST had to call the local exterminator to take care of this problem. As the exterminator was spraying for ants, the topic of conversation somehow became about metal detecting as both the L.A. BEAST & the exterminator enjoy the hobby. Then out of the blue, the L.A. BEAST was given a sweet tip that somewhere in southern New Jersey, near a zoo, up a hill & a half mile into the woods, used to sit houses linking back to Abraham Lincoln & one of the exterminators buddies found some old gold coins which he donated to a local museum. Intrigued, the L.A. BEASt did more research & realized the place he was talking about was THompson Park located in the historic town of Monroe Township, NJ. As they were building the local high school there, artifacts quite possibly dating back to the 1700's were found & after realizing there is significant historical value related to this land, the beast packed up his car, drove on down to Jamesburg, NJ (exit 8A off the JErsey Turnpike) and started digging to see what he could find. Joining L.A. BEAST on this Journey is a man who has been in L.A. BEAST's live streams over the past 6 years. He has been nothing but kind, generous AND A MAN OF HIS WORD & when it comes to metal detecting & having knowledge about rare relics & coins, Dacone710 is the man you want to go out metal detecting with. BEast has purchased back some of his favorite childhood toys and memories but when it comes to finding his favorite 80's & 90's snack foods, they are very hard to come by as food items have a very short shelf life...let alone not many people thought to save a snack item for 20-30 years. Its very rare. One item in particular that was made by the Planters company from 1992-1995 called P.B. Crisps were a delicious snack item that consisted of a peanut shaped cookie wafer filled with peanut butter goodness. All throughout his elementary school career from 1992-1995, P.B. Crisps & Hi-C Ecto Cooler were L.A. BEast's favorite go to for after school snacks. Within the past 2 months in the year 2021, two separate PB Crisp bags went up on the auction block (for the first time in years) & although they were the strawberry filling variant, both bags sold in the neighborhood of $300. These are very rare. Thanks to Adam also known as "Created A Madman" on youtube & twitter, he was gracious enough to buy a bag for $300 & send it to the L.A. Beast to help raise awareness for the campaign to BRING BACK PB CRISPS. So to help the cause because LA BEAST would like to see his favorite 90's snack return, he has decided to eat the whole damn bag, which in retrospect as i am typing this was not the greatest idea.
