It's pretty hard to get everything right in this quest; some stuff is luck based and dependent on low DMC (really need to delay attacks), and a few of the strats we have for this quest are kinda hard to pull off... things can go wrong very easily here. Lots of silly mistakes on my part, but 90% of them costed zero time. This quest is really luck based with instant warps being quite frequent and ATA/crit rolls and damage variance playing a key role in being able to kill stuff before unfreeze, so it's kinda hard to get the whole run right-- especially one that is "aesthetically pleasing." We decided to stop at 8'33 because our goal at the start was to breach the 8'30s. We may revisit this later on once we do some other quests we planned on running years ago... PSOBB: Dark Research 2.0 - Ruins 3 Gifoie Bug xiairy 2020-04-17 | [Skip to 0:45] A bug that occurs when Gifoie touches way too many enemies, causing an overflow in the memory (I'm guessing here) which makes the lingering techs hit everything continuously on every frame until it goes away. My demonstration was not optimally done in this old video, but it ends up insta-killing the big Gunner spawn that follows after the Claws anyway. I should also mention that this can be experienced in MAS4 first area and PW3 boxes room, too. *note this is an old video that was originally uploaded as unlisted in 2018.
