It's become very apparent to me that Notoriously Morbid is a truly underrated indie makeup brand, and also one of my very favorite indie makeup brands. Notoriously Morbid is as indie as it gets. They hand press all of their eyeshadows. They create all of their formulas in house, not in a lab. Finally, all of their cover art for their palettes are drawn by artists they have on staff. If you are wondering why it takes so painfully long to get your orders, its because all of their products are made with painstaking effort. It is truly a labor of love for this brand. So please, support this indie makeup effort, so that we don't lose them in the wash of indie makeup created in a lab in China.
Don't get me wrong. I love other brands that have labs in China. I love indie makeup from China. AND I don't want this particular indie makeup brand to get trampled out of the competition because people would rather have convenience, even when it the cost is individuality. I still want to be able to buy something unique and unusual. I don't want it to go away because the majority doesn't want to wait. Rant over.
