Follow along with commentary to see all cheat tape locations in My Friendly Neighborhood. Time Stamps below!
00:08 - 4 total cheat tapes per finishing the game on each difficulty: Normal Survival, Veteran, and Unfriendly.
00:21 - Cheat Tape 1
• In Studio 4, use Blue Circle Key on the single Blue door by Junebug
• Continue through prop room to the door at the end
• Walk over to green table and pick up the tape!
00:52 - Cheat Tape 2
• In the Sewer, at the middle circle section, look closely for a button that you can Inspect by each of the two small stairs leading up to the circle platform.
• Once you select Inspect, then Push each of these two buttons.
• After you press the second button, walk over to the connected cave room that has the yellow stairs. To the left of those stairs, see a room now revealed, where it was previously blocked.
• Enter the room and walk down past all the cute mice to collect the cheat tape on the brown table.
01:51 - Cheat Tape 3
• In the Sewer, after collecting the bolt cutters, return to the door that is locked with a chain.
• Use the bolt cutters on the door and walk through.
• Instead of going up the stairs to the right, walk straight to the left and look at the shelf on the right-hand side to see a tape there.
02:07 - Cheat Tape 4
• In the Office building, continue to the painting room that has a staircase and go across the door to where there is a Junebug puppet.
• Go through that door, down the stairs, past Norman, and to the door on the right that is marked TV Studio.
• As you enter this lobby area, go around the right side of the front desk to see the cheat tape on the ground, propped up against the desk.
02:39 - Cheat Tape 5
• In the Office building, within the CEO office (room with the big portrait of a man), go to the desk and look closely.
• Click Inspect when next to the chair and looking under the desk.
• Push the button and return to the room to see the portrait has now opened like a safe
• Go inside of the area behind the portrait
• Continue straight inside this new room to see the tape on the ground in front of you, on the way to the window.
03:19 - Cheat Tape 6
• Once you have the Red Diamond Key, return to the Stage 4 area through the double Blue Circle doors. Go into the ABC Building with the red doors (next to the green sign "Welcome to the Friendly Neighborhood")
• Enter the house (get rid of the tiny puppets!) and then unlock the side door with the Red Diamond Key.
• Enter this new room, head right, and look on top of the bookshelf that has a rubber ducky on it.
• The tape is on the shelf.
03:39 - Cheat Tape 7
• Once you have the Red Diamond Key, return to Stage 4 and head down to the Camera and Grip Gear room.
• Open the door across with the Red Diamond Key
• Head to the RIGHT, and up to the closed garage door.
• Raise the garage door up and go through
• In this garage, look down to your right to see the tape on the ground, below to the garage door opener control in this room.
04:18 - Cheat Tape 8
• Once you have the Green Triangle Key, return to the Office building, and go up to the room where you already solved the 4 mask puzzle to receive the dice for the safe.
• In here watch out for the tiny puppets, and go across to the Green Triangle Key door. Unlock and go through.
• Go across the hall and through the door.
• In this conference meeting room, look to your immediate right on the table for a cheat tape.
* NOTE! If you do not collect this tape here, you can also access it through going to the SECRET Stage 5 area, up the ladder, and through the catwalk above Stage 4, and it will be on the barrel / box that is right before the ledge.

05:19 - Cheat Tape 9
• Once you collect the second medallion piece, go into the Greenhouse building.
• Open the garage door by operating the first two switches
• Go through the open garage door, then across and through the double green gate.
• Continue straight to see the Stage 4 building. Head left and into the dark area to go into a new back area of Stage 4.
• In this new room, walk right and look for the cheat tape located on the worktable in the corner.
05:50 - Cheat Tape 10
• Near the end of the game, after you find all puzzle pieces and play music with Arnold, pull the lever to head upstairs.
• Upstairs, go through the door on the left and activate the lever to open the other door for the roof.
• Go across the hall and through the open door to go onto the roof
• After a short distance through the door, look left and on the ground for the tape.
06:21 - Cheat Tape 11
• After defeating the boss, go through the area and up the elevator that is now working.
• In this office, go to the far right corner in front of you.
• Collect the final cheat tape!
