Hi guys! Aariel!
So I feel very conflicted uploading this since I haven't done my latest TDT round, but...
They abolished the MxDisney Winner rule and I really was in the mood to join! I just thought the theme was really interesting sounding! I wasn't going to finish, but I was roleplaying with my sister MaskedBandit188, who didn't want to finish her audition if I wasn't going to do mine, so she kind of urged me to work on this.
The story:
-Ishaan Malhotra is a UC Berkeley graduate living in San Francisco with his mom. He is approaching his mid-20's.
-Although he's technically a linguist, Ishaan can't speak any other languages.
-Ishaan has a drinking problem and is pretty much a loser who can't hold onto a job.
-His twin sister Saanvi is a doctor in the Red Cross, helping patients all over the world. It's sort of given Ishaan an insecurity complex, especially since his mother is so proud of her and disappointed in him.
-His mom is tired of his laziness, and refusal to do more with his life. She gives him an ultimatum- One week to move out.
-He's mainly been working in fast food since graduating.
-He works with his best friend Harper at a diner, who introduces him to the Cave of Wonders Expedition.
-After some deliberation about his life and situation, he decides to go for it. However, he lies about his qualifications.
I had a lot of fun coming up with a unique backstory for Ishaan. I tried to differentiate it from my usual bland RP characters of the past. I was naturally drawn to the hopeless qualities of myself for his character XD
Disclaimer, I don't drink and I don't know about bars or clubs so those scenes may be horrendously inaccurate, but I just wanted to portray Ishaan's lifestyle.
Anyways, I hope you like it! Auditions are still open and anyone who hasn't should totally consider joining!

Let me just start by saying what an honor it was to work with such a canon goddess like Quiirkie, aka the lovely Naomi! She makes the most beautiful AMVs and parts, and it was a thrill to get to work with her!!
We chose this beautiful song because we all think its beautiful and it fits Non/Disney SOOO perfectly!!!!! She was kind enough to give up some of her parts to our channel so that all three of us could do an equal amount!
