Our first time in Mumbai, India!

To be honest, we did not have the best first impressions of India when we first came back in 2019. But we travelled to New Delhi and around Rajashtan, which we think now was the wrong move. Mumbai surprised us in a ot of ways! We have a much better experience in Mumbai. Noone scammed us!! No tuk tuk/bajaj tried to sell us anything. No beggars bothered us.
We never felt unsafe. We don't think India is dangerous. But you won't believe how many time we were scammed on our first trip here. And we hated India for that. Plus we got the Delhi belly last time we were here.
But we upped our budget this time, and we were not backpacking anymore.
We tried some Indian food, but the most memorable was probably Veronica's in Bandra West with the best burger in India!
We also explored Fort and Colaba, where the iconic Gateway to India is.
