Take a ride with Steve McQueen (or someone that vaguely resembles him) on one of his favorite drives in the hills of Los Angeles, Mulholland Drive.
This is Steve McQueen's own Ferrari 275 GTB that he owned while filming Bullitt in San Francisco. This Ferrari sold for over 10 million dollars at RM auctions Monterey in 2014. This car has undergone a full restoration by Ferrari Classiche in Italy. It is a prime example of one of the most beautiful cars in the world. The paint job is unmatched. Watch the scenery perfectly mirrored in the flawless chianti red that rests on the door panel of this amazing car.
When RM Auctions called us to shoot a video on their prize car we got to work right away. Spending 5 days of filming to get the perfect story. This was one of our first cuts of the video opening that was turned down in the early stages of editing. We thought it's a shame to have this sit on the hard drives with no one seeing it. The car-mounted shots were too beautiful to let go unnoticed. ENJOY :)
