PA Turnpike crews got some hands-on training at the Somerset Maintenance Facility last week as they learned the ropes of the Maintenance and Protection of Traffic process. In a controlled environment, instructors taught them how to set cones for highway patterns from the back of a truck and everything else they need to know to keep crews and travelers safe.
