After using Mounjaro (tirzepatide) for almost a full year, I reached a point where it felt like I'd plateaued. The appetite suppression wasn't what it used to be, my weight loss had slowed right down, and I knew it was time to try something different.
That's when I switched to Retatrutide.
At first, I absolutely loved it. The weight loss was impressive, but over time I found the glucagon activity seemed to increase my appetite rather than suppress it. For me, it felt very different to Mounjaro, so I decided to experiment by stacking Cagrilintide alongside Retatrutide.
In this video I explain:
- Why Mounjaro eventually stopped working as well for me.
- My experience switching to Retatrutide.
- Why I added Cagrilintide.
- The side effects I experienced.
- Why I've decided one of these peptides won't be part of my stack going forward.
As always, this is my personal experience and everyone responds differently to these medications and peptides.
