In Montevideo, Uruguay, we took a city tour that included the football stadium. Montevideo is the capital and largest city in Ururguay.

We visited -

Independence Plaza or Plaza Indpendencia, the most important square in Montevideo, that includes a monument to the father of Uruguay General José Gervasio Artigas and his mausoleum, the Palacio Salvo, Solís Theatre, Estévez Palace, and Executive Tower.

Armada Memorial
Obelisk of Montevideo
Ramblas, the walkway by the beach
We saw parrots or parakeets
Estadio Centenario Football Museum, which we visit in a separate video

It was a great introduction to the city of Montevideo, Uruguay.
