A rising talent from the heart of São Paulo, Dizrupt, returns to Dispatch following 2023’s “Rackle EP”. A key figure in the Brazilian drum and bass scene, his innovative approach to drum and bass combines his love of experimental recording techniques with a vibe-first, upfront energy that runs throughout his tracks.
The Barko EP developed from a live guitar recording session and quickly took shape, taking inspiration from the resulting sounds which morphed into the unique sounds of the granular, percussive beast that is the title track. Each track on this finely textured release effortlessly blends infectious danceability with crisp, clean production for maximum impact.
As an inspiration for the flourishing South American DNB community he continues to be top of the export list, bringing the whole scene onboard the good ship Dizrupt.
