Several years ago, someone ported the laserdisc version of Dragons Lair to the C64 by converting all the video files to REU based nuvie video files and made a special nuvie player program acting as the game, checking if the correct REU was loaded and whether you clicked the correct button at the correct time, to know whether to skip to the death sequence or the next game sequence.

The files can be downloaded from the creators webpage here:
dragonslair64.areaaperta.com/dl64/dl64-fmv-download

The BIN files have to be renamed to REU.
Copy all the REU files and the dlair64ld.prg files to the C64 folder on the MiSTer where you otherwise store your games.
Remember to download the newest C64 MiSTer core as right now that is the only one with REU support. Enable 16MB REU in the settings.

Load the DL00.REU and the load the PRG, make sure joystick is set to swapped for it to be using joystick port 2. I tried using the keyboard for the joystick controls, but that did not work, so I connected a controller and set it up as the C64 controller.

After the intro has played it should show in the blue text what REU file to load next, the first one it will ask for will always be the DL90.REU file, it is the drawbridge one where Dirk the Daring enters the castle. After this however it seems to be random what sequence it will load, whenever you either die or complete a sequence. Oh, you press 5 to "put coins in the arcade machine". So you need to press 5 after having watched the intro. If no keyboard is connected, you should be able to remap the 5 keyboard key to one of the controller buttons.
