The old tank was heavily contaminated and more than likely had fuel with ethanol in it. Ethanol is a mild acid and will corrode and rust the inside of a fuel tank. The old tank was special because it had fuel stored in it for over 6 years without any stabilizer. I attempted to clean and reuse it, but it was fruitless. The mini jeep is a 2017 Kayo Original tank dimensions below...
Left to Right bolt fin: 13"
Front to Back: 11 1/4"
Between holes (on center): 4 7/8"
End to End hole: 5 1/4"
Bottom to Top: 3 1/8"
bottom to top of cap: 4 1/4"
Overflow tube: 1/4" OD. 1/8" ID.
