I need a new world! In the video I talk about what I need from a new seed, and if anyone can do better than the final seed please tell me! (:

There is no incentive to help me find a improved seed, but it will reflect on the let's play!

*IF all goes well, I should start filming in a new world by this weekend*

What I want from a new world seed:
● There MUST be a witch hut WITHIN rendering distance (far) from the place you spawn into the world
● Spawn chunks must not have snow, jungle inside most of it
● Spawn chunks I would prefer to have sand / plains / forest (Or swamp over part IF there is a witch hut)
● Biomes which I would like to be relatively near:
● Snow Biome
● Extreme Hills
● Desert
