Hi,

This is a "hotfix" for the "bugfix" done in "1.8" for "minecarts" and "rails"... Ok I should stop with those "". Anyway, since you can't place any more rails on 1 rail if it's occupied, you can use this version to still do it. It's also viable for servers with Worldborders... You can also ride right through them... uhm... things!
