Come and see a timelapse with instruction on how I built a snake in Minecraft! Not only did I build one, but I built it's twin across the pyramid!

Today's episode is a little different than normal. This one is a bit of a tutorial but more just me explaining how I built the snakes.
Because I build off the top of my head, and wanted two identical snakes. I needed to build them together as I had no pattern to go back to! It was a time consuming task but the end result was very rewarding!

Todays snapshot is 20w12a for the new nether update - Minecraft 1.16. We are going to look into this snapshot at a few new blocks and new mechanics! Who wants to respawn in THE NETHER!?
We first look at a couple of new blocks. Mojang updated the basalt and now we can polish it by smelting it in a furnace and it is gorgeous! Beautiful pattern and the block can be placed directional.
The snapshot also lets us look at Twisting vines which are a new vine added to the warped forest, and they are climbable!
We have gold nether ore that will drop golden nuggets and you can craft them into gold ingots to trade with the Piglins.
The biggest change in this Minecraft 1.16, snapshot 20w12a is the respawn anchor!! This block allows us to respawn in the nether by feeding glowstone to the block and then resetting our spawn point! WOOHOO!
