Everything about this run below:

Minecraft Version: 1.13.0

World Type: Superflat

Game mode: Creative

Must use Render Distance (I used 15+) that randomly cause Phantom Chunks (Not sure exactly how to cause them every time, RAM allocation options on minecraft launcher could help)

Seed: 727
(Shoutout to funny number)

Preset: 65*minecraft:air,minecraft:sandstone,minecraft:end_portal;minecraft:swamp;village

Glitches/Tricks used:
1)End Warp (Overworld player coordinates into The End)
2)End Skip (End crystal+obsidian)
3)1.13 Chunk Unloading causing "Phantom chunks", where time is frozen until the server reloads
4)Ingame menu tick saver (Opening the ingame menu prevents to lose 1 tick for entering exit end portal)
5)Saved toolbar: Obsidian and end crystal spawned instantly in my inventory (Legit feature introduced in 1.12+, check creative inventory...)
