On the 1.5 snapshot 13w01b - New piston-less 1 tick pulse limiter. I use these a lot in my testing so I thought you guys might like it too!

I believe that it is the smallest (Piston-less) design but I could always be unaware or another so I will say as far as I know it is the smallest. The piston design uses 1 less block but is far more expensive and not silent.
