ICE agents arrested Milo Yiannopoulos at the New Orleans airport on August 27, 2026. By the next day he was on a plane to the United Kingdom. On September 1 he sat across from Piers Morgan and said he is very ashamed that he ever supported Donald Trump.
I knew Milo. I worked alongside him during the stretch when he was the public face of a Catholic media operation, and I watched that arrangement sold to an audience, and come apart. So this episode is not a hot take from the outside. It is a firsthand account.
