This is "Mii Creation" from Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, but the song plays forward while the melody is backwards. It's confusing, but it works. This theme includes both versions of the song: The normal version, as well as the one that plays when making the final edits.
Additionally, I created an alternative version of this "Reversed yet Playing Forwards" mix that I wasn't quite as proud of. For my first attempt, I tried rearranging the melody on every measure, as opposed to doing every other measure present in this video. It didn't sound as good to me as a whole, but there were parts of it I still liked. So, for those of you who REALLY want to listen to this version, I've uploaded it unlisted at the following link.
