This early non-theatrical version of the 1933 Disney short The Mail Pilot includes some valuable original material, thanks to the minimum effort that went into removing the United Artists references. It starts with the very first use of the final black and white Mickey headshot, which then starts to fade into the original United Artists Mickey and Minnie card. Then the reissue version follows – and at the end of that, we can again briefly see the original Mickey and Minnie card, along with the original title lettering.
