This is quite a heavy ab routine for ADVANCED exercises:
115 repetitions / 5 sets (where of the 1st might be to find the balance)
220 repetitions / 5 sets
320 repetitions / 5 sets
420 repetitions (hands behind your head) + 10 repetitions (hands on hips) / 3 sets
512 repetitions per side / 3 sets
So... you did it? Let me know, I wanna see! Post it and tag me, this is not the most easy routine to do.
Let's just agree on one thing: whenever you have been able to complete this whole routine, you have reached the status: AWESOME
