METANOIA, directed by @astridrothaug , is a dreamy, hand-drawn animated short about stepping outside the comfort of your own worldview.

Created during Astrid’s time studying abroad in Lisbon, the film moves through magical forests, shifting colors, and a slightly unreliable magic squirrel, blending her background in painting, printmaking, drawing, and animation.
