New Medellin curfew and pico y cedula. This past weekend they had another curfew. Things are going backwards here in Colombia and to my surprise in Medellin. I fear we might go all the way back to a full shutdown like we had last year. Hope not. It hurts the locals who cannot make money to feed their families.
