In this Mario Kart World video, I take the new Custom Items feature from Update 1.4.0 to the extreme by setting every single item to Kamek Orbs. That means every item box on all 30 tracks spawns nothing but Kamek’s powerful magic, creating nonstop chaos, unpredictable effects, and some of the wildest races possible in Mario Kart World.
This run covers all 30 courses in Single Player, VS Race, 150cc, No Teams, Hard COM difficulty, and with constantly changing drivers and vehicles. With only Kamek Orbs active, every race becomes a unique mix of mayhem and randomness.
