With the comparison of early NKM formats and the final one, I managed to hex-edit Twilight House's NKM to convert to the Kiosk Demo format (final's 25 00 4C 00 to kiosk's 22 00 48 00, removing KTPM data and editing the headers) and as seen here, it works.
