This February, the university Archives & Special Collections hosted a community-wide reboot of the Mardi Gras Costume Ball, a Parsons School of Design event that began in the 1950's. The Mardi Gras Reboot was a participatory festival, featuring mask and costume making, films, exhibitions, new research, readings from students, and two parades! The revival celebrated the unique, creative, and historically rich New School community.
